Spark by Hilton Clarks Summit

I'm not a big Scraton area fan, so the roads can be confusing. GPS helped us find the hotel. Spark is located located in a good spot where you don't have to drive every far to get a bite to eat or should you need to top off the gas tank. (It's not out in the middle of nowhere). The front desk staff was friendly and pleasant during the quick check-in process. While we were on our way out to run an errand, my husband had a question about a wall switch near the entry of our room. It didn't seem to do anything that we could see. While we were out, the young lady at the desk checked in another room and explained that yes, the switch operated a light further into the room, and she would put it on the list for maintenance to check. For the record, it didn't hinder our stay in any way, nor did it give me pause to think negatively about this property. I liked the breakfast selection it wasn't overwhelming. They offer cereal, yogurt, fruit, and pastry, which was plenty for us.

breakfast times were very convenient. The front desk staff was AMAZING, the text check-ins and request ability was by far the best thing I've seen at a hotel! Overall great experience.

Food good always coffee very good

Few options for GF dining, unless I purchased food.
